Management shall provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with industry standards and legal requirements to safeguard individuals and property. It shall also endeavor to eradicate any foreseeable hazards that may lead to property damage, accidents, personal injury, or illness.
We acknowledge that there is shared accountability for health and safety. To reduce accidents both on our job sites and within our facilities, every employee will share equal responsibility. All staff members will get explicit instructions and communication regarding safe work practices and job procedures.
By combining proactive staff involvement with sound management practices,
accidental losses can be reduced. Within SAUDI TAM, all managers, supervisors, staff members, and subcontractors bear direct responsibility for maintaining safety.
In terms of facility and equipment planning, construction, operation, and
maintenance, all SAUDI TAM activities will adhere to the company’s safety
regulations. Every employee shall carry out their duties correctly, following
